[11.07.11] Behind-the-scenes: “I love memorizing lyrics” TV recording
Pic credits as tagged
Information from Sina
“I love memorizing lyrics” TV recording today seems to be a tremendous success. JKS’ sense of humour and liveliness undoubtedly brought much fun and laughter to the programme, and some even commented that the atmosphere at this programme was even higher than the Cri Show! It’s a show not to be missed!

11 July 2011 – First-generation Zegda product embassador, Korean star JKS has reached Zhe-jiang School of Mass Media today at around 3.10 pm to participate in the recording of a television programme called “I love to memorize lyrics”. This is the first time JKS is attending a China TV programme.
[Fan Account] Shanghai Cri Show_20110709
Ok, I’m going to take a shortcut again. I’ll not be posting a separate fan account, but rather putting my comments on some of these wonderful pics taken from various sources.
To sum up in a few words, the Cri Show ran as expected in terms of programme, and I suppose JKS was very high. To me at the personal level though, the day 9 July can only be described as a day of suffering and disappointment.
When daydreaming and I arrived on Saturday at the Show venue at around 1 pm plus, there were already long queues for the standing zones A to D (we were in C), and we knew there was little hope of getting a good standing position unless we could be as hardworking as the first eel who started queueing at 5 am! …. Chinese eels are very industrious …

[08.07.11] Shanghai press conference & autograph/photo-taking
On 8 July 2011 afternoon, JKS’ press conference, autograph and photo-taking session were organised as a private event at Hilton Hong-qiao, open only to the mass media and fans with autograph and photo-taking passes.
Being in China where Facebook and Youtube are banned, I don’t seem to see any articles on this yet, so perhaps we can tell the story from the news pics. Seems like fans presented JKS with yet another scrapbook, and an interesting red mailbox with postcards mailed to JKS.
Another point of interest is the back view of JKS’ dashing white suit, as below:
[Personal note] In Shanghai!
Dear friends,
Since a hectic Wed 6 July when I left for Shanghai after a busy day of work and last-minute speed packing, I haven’t been able to access internet for the past 2 days. The good news for me as a first-time visitor to Shanghai is that I actually got to see more of Shanghai than JKS this time round 😀
As an eel, that’s bad news, of course.
Due to travelling inconveniences and the slow internet speed, blog updates may be less frequent and timely (Poor daydreaming, previously known as Chicken Little, has to bear with all of my travelling quirks and my incessant “I want the internet” ;p )
Thankfully, I think most of you have other sources to get our Prince’s information too ^^
So my apologies and do forgive my tardiness during my Shanghai trip.
Will be back in Singapore on Mon 11 July but expected to be busy for a couple of days more ….
p.s. due to spam filter, your comment will be held for moderation if you post 2 links and more … If it’s not too troublesome, perhaps u can post 1 link at a time… sorry …..
Cheers from Shanghai,
Aphrael
[06.07.11] YMP Seoul press conference
“You’re my Pet” (YMP) press conference was held in Seoul on 6 July 2011 at 5.00 pm, and filming venue was open to the media. The scene that was filmed was the first meeting of the male and female leads on a rainy day. The female lead discovered a big box on her doorstep and gave it a kick. Looking as pitiful as a soaked kitten, JKS stood up and hugged the female lead.

[News] Jang Keun Suk is chosen as a first Korean cover model for Men’s Non-No
Credits & English translation: Korea.com
Jang Keun Suk, a popular Korean actor, has attracted much attention when he was chosen as a cover model for Men’s Non-No, Japan’s famous fashion magazine. It is the first time that a Korean celebrity’s face is on the cover of the magazine.
The pictorial shooting was held in southern Seoul, during which he gave off a wide range of his charms, changing outfits of different types more than five times. He’s expected to show off diverse charms through the photos by transforming himself into several characters from a strong, masculine guy to a bright boy with genial smiles, and to a gracefully beautiful person who blurs the lines between men and women.
