Jang Keun Suk recently unveiled his home on his YouTube channel, “IAM_JANGKEUNSUK.”
Giving a tour around his home, he explained, “When I first started decorating my house, the most important thing for me was that it should feel like a home. I wanted a cozy home. And I also wanted a lot of wood.”
He then pointed out the outdoor terrace, sharing, “I love this house so much. I can sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee when the weather is nice or have a barbecue in the summer. It’s so nice just to sit and daydream or grill some meat with friends when they come over. Summer nights here are amazing.”
Jang Keun Suk’s favorite space in the house is the kitchen. “I cook most of my meals myself,” he said, showing off his spacious cooking area. He stressed, “You might think that living alone like this would be lonely or pitiful, but that’s not the case for me at all. I really enjoy my single life and I’m not lonely.”
The actor later opened his built-in refrigerator, warning, “There might be something a bit dangerous in here,” and pulled out something that shocked viewers. “It’s a spring roll I ordered two weeks ago. Are these mold?” Jang Keun Suk also revealed his love for collecting beautiful dishes and cooking tools, each with their own purpose, showing off his collection.
In his mint-colored bedroom, Jang Keun Suk shared, “Sometimes I just lie here and stare at the ceiling, and I even keep my scripts here to read.” There was also a safe in the room, but he joked, “I don’t know why I bought it. It doesn’t even have a passcode,” as he opened the safe door.
Saying, “I’ve never revealed my powder room before,” the actor unveiled a walk-in closet filled with clothes. He held up a pair of sunglasses he used to wear when he went to cafes in Cheongdam-dong, saying, “I used to wear these when I went to cafes there.”
When asked if he still does that now, he replied, “I can’t do that now. Not at this age. After going through all stages of fame, I realized not to be obsessed with luxury items.” He went on to say that he used to wear a fleece jacket to Cheongdam-dong in the past. ” “I used to think, ‘Here I come, the Asian Prince,’ indulging in vanity,’ he laughed as he added, “How did I ever think about wearing something like this?”
