Yah, I think previously the “Keun Suk on a bed” model given to him in SKorea at the filming site of You Are My Pet by fans (ie the one with a lot of food and cup cakes etc) looked a lot more similar and bear stronger likeness to the person.
You can tell from the video he is such a nice person. He was thrilled by the gift and when the assistant told girl do not give the photo album to him to sign, he took it from the girl, he signed it and returned it to her personally. That’s him. Give his sincere love to his eels as real nice person but not a star just shinning on the stage.
