All these are purely my guess from the source website, so my guess may not be entirely accurate. Jang Keun Suk will be attending the J Plus Photo-book Exhibition press conference held on 28 June 2011, and it seems that he may be previewing the exhibition. Seems like there is a lucky draw where 100 winners will win a pair of tickets each to the press conference.

100 winners in pairs (that means 200 people) can see the relay of press conference.
Probably it’ll be held in Korea, not in Japan. The article said that JKS won’t come to the hall where the winners watch the relay.
And to entry this prize, the applicants must be a member of the cable TV “J:COM”…
