Given his intelligence and his flair for languages, I am sure his chinese will improve if he really puts in effort. But as a warning, chinese is a difficult language to learn, my little prince 🙂 jiayou !
how about Arabic??… I bet you are going to lose your mind!! if you study Arabic.. then I think you have learned the most three difficult languages on earth kkkk… Japanese.. Chinese and Arabic …. phew
I would suggest that in each and every country that he is going to visit, he should learn just enough words that are essential in communicating with his fans there and learn at least 1 popular song in that country and sing it for them so that it would give more meaningful communication to his fans where ever he goes.
Our Prince is so wise learning Chinese. I believe his fan number must have reached 20 millions before he dances on the Great Wall. Don’t forget the population of China is more than 1,335 millions. More than 1/6 of the world population!!! With his background in Korean and Japanese that he has learned from a very young age makes his Japanese native like. I believe with his extrovert personality, stamina, hard working, and determination he can do it well. All the best to you my Prince. I just simply love and admire you.
There he goes again running in 4 different directions at once. lol Prioritize and focus on what you need to do first, like upping TOEFL scores. (Hopefully that’s why he’s telling them to WAIT.)
he was so busy last year that’s why he is not yet graduated Sudie….
Wow I admired the perseverance of this man. Learning the Chinese language is very difficult. And this is his edge, he can easily learn different languages that fast. Looking forward to your dancing performance on the Great Wall! The very first Korean actor to do such a thing.
Yes, I feel sure he will learn come Chinese quickly. I have been studying Korean for some time and have noticed that Koreans seem to really appreciate modesty. JKS was just wonderful acting in “Pretty Man”. Perhaps sometimes some of JKS’s words did not seem modest or with appropriate humility for Koreans, and his ratings went down. In the States this would not have happened. If a performer is outstanding and extremely good-looking, he will be appreciated. This is only my idea because I was trying to understand the low ratings. Anyway, I continue to be his steady fan and always look forward to his next work. Dena, U.S.A. fan from Seattle
And here you see the double face of the Koreans…because the words coming out of Matae’s (JKS) mouth in Pretty Man are scripted; these are the words written by the scriptwriter and got a go from the Director…If these words were spoken by an other korean actor it’s OK? but since it’s JKS it is reason to regret him for it…ksssst
No modesty = low ratings…only with JKS…because of words not his acting…just like he said; at least they did not say he’s a bad actor….
Other actors are mediocre and get best actor awards..just because he’s goody two-shoes looking and acting…and doing the same old cinderella safe stories…OMO
That’s why he is not worried about the ratings anymore…
He’ll keep on doing what he loves…and setting trails for others to follow..
Guess it’s hard to dim the radiance of a real diamond..
Totally agree with you, Mamacri. I think the Koreans should be more proud of this son of them. This Korean son who made the world happy, sad, cry, laugh, smile with him.
@mamacri couldn’t agree more with you about that best actor award thingy. the last drama award ceremony left really bitter taste to me… it’s like the biggest lame joke ever :(. anyway, good to know that nobody really criticised his acting because he did it very well, for sure :). I really can’t wait to see him back on the screen again this year 🙂
Me too I agree with you Mamacri. Very well said, I just don’t seem to understand his countrymen. But as long as JKS is doing what makes him happy. I’ve heard that some actors or idols are almost doing what JKS is doing. Now they want to be themselves and not pretend anymore. JKS paves the way for these actors/idols. JKS you ROCK! Zikzin!!!
Fighting prince!!
