Which step you faced the problem? It seems you followed not 2016 CRI-J7th procedure, but 2015…. because 2015 membership fee was 20USD+paypal fee. I suppose it’s better to pay additionally and leave a comment when you pay that it’s a shortfall of your previous payment, mentioning the transaction no. or the screen cap of the payment. And send e-mail to Tree-J. Good luck.
