It’s amazing that a man living alone has this kind of meal everyday.. I made this seasoned bracken( a Korean side dish)~
But.. my mom’s giggle is still ringing in my ears.
그래도 혼자사는 남자가 매일 이렇게 차려 먹는건 대단한 거임.. 고사리도 내가 무침~

So our boy is living on his own now…not living anymore with parents (for he moved back for a while)…and he cook and eat healthely!!…and of course agree…no MSG…but better go for the good stuff… very good Sukkie…the meal looks yummy

Parents do fight sometimes. I hope this will not make the Prince unhappy because he could openly shared with us here. I just want to cheer the three Jangs up. Korean people are affectionate and very close to their family. In this case I feel sorry for Papa Jang. I wish the Prince could spend more time with his dad.
What’s the matter with Papa Jang recently? Drunk for Parents Day and fighting with Mama Jang; all relationships go through these phases, let’s hope it’s a short one.
Try using MSG and anchovies for the soup base! Experiment! I can’t wait to try cooking Korean cuisine, after I perfect my kimchi recipe first.

What a good son he is. He is trying to comfort his mom after she had a fight with his dad. I think this might be one of those instances where Mama Jang is glad JKS has a place of his own. She has a place to run to when she does not want to stay in her house.
Probably one of the reasons JKS wanted his own place … was not only for personal privacy, but perhaps there’s too much stress in his parents’ household. In order not to take sides or get involved, it’s is better to distance himself This also provides a place of refuge and solace for his Mother or even his Father if need be. Keun Suk is a very astute and caring son…..a treasure to be cherished by his parents…..as he cherishes them.
