Upcoming Coupang Play series “The Bait” has dropped a new poster and teaser!
“The Bait” is a crime thriller that follows a lawyer-turned-homicide detective searching for the truth behind unsolved past cases by investigating current crimes. The series marks Jang Keun Suk’s first drama role in five years, and it will also star Heo Sung Tae and Lee Elijah. Jang Keun Suk stars as Goo Do Han, a detective who is determined to uncover the truth after Noh Sang Cheon (Heo Sung Tae), the culprit of South Korea’s biggest fraud case, is named as a suspect in a present-day murder case even though he supposedly died eight years ago.

According to Korean news TV Daily, Jang Keun Suk was selected as the last host of SNL Korea (Saturday Night Live Korea) season 3 that is broadcasted on Coupang Play, and it be filmed on January 19th. It’s the first appearance on Korean variety TV shows in about 6 years since Mnet ‘Produce 101 season 1’ and tvN ‘Candy in my ears’.
