Coupang Play’s The Chronicles of Crime (literal title) has shared a glimpse of its first table read!
The new series is a crime thriller that delves into the truth of unsolved cases through heinous crimes that occur in the present day.
Helmed by Voice, The Guest and Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area producer Kim Hong Seon, the show stars Jang Keun Suk, Heo Sung Tae and Lee Elijah.
Jang Keun Suk will play detective Gu Do Han who used to be a lawyer. Although he is inclined to luxury and is a bit materialistic in nature, he values justice above all else. Heo Sung Tae will star as No Sang Chun, the cunning and sly conman, and Lee Elijah will take on the role of reporter Chun Na Yeon, who is always passionate about her work. The cast also includes Lee Sung Wook, Lee Seung Joon, Park Myung Hoon, Oh Yeon An and Lee Won Jong.
The Chronicles of Crime (literal title) will begin filming in the second half of this year.
