even though it has been verified my visa card , and I was able repayment on the way of 2014 .
Can I send the amount with the way in 2014 ?? for twice to get the required amount for this year …
I don’t know about PayPal matter. I think you can call PayPal customer service in your country for help. Plus, it’s better to send e-mail to Tree-J that you are facing some problems about payment and may be late for the payment, with your ID and nickname.
According to their instructions, the payment Gould be done by November 20, 2015 18:00 (Korean local time), in 9 hours.

No. I don’t think so. When you pay for the membership fee, you have to write your ID and nickname that are registered in the application.
