A couple of hours ago Monochrome regular edition first press sold out at cdjapan.co.jp. Looking forward to getting mine. I ordered it yesterday from here and it comes with a trading card & poster. Yeah! The DVD limited edition is still available with the poster, but the pic shown is slightly different than the one here.
