Hi Christine! I´m sorry I couldn´t help you. I was busy, and I didn´t see you message until now. I have just finished watching the program on nico nico. I didn´t watch the live broadcast either. My timesone is 7 ours behind Seoul, and I was at work when it started. I always reserve timeshift and watch it later.
I understand even less japanese than BB does, so I really hope that we can watch it later with engslih subs. 😀

I usually use software from http://www.vpngate.net/en/ to change my IP
But before that i change my country/city on Nico Nico account profile into Japan one
and then I change my IP into Japan country, that’s the way I can watch the nico nico live ^_^

I get a message on Windows 8.1 that says Error 800: The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server might be unreachable. If this connection is attempting to use L2TP/IPsec tunnel, the security parameters required for IPsec negotiation might not be configured properly.
Please help!

This VPN is no longer active. You will have to find a new VPN to connect to.
It worked for me.
what do u mean by username and password
The VPN site still exists, but it requires me to configure a VPN type which is no longer supported by macOS, so it’s impossible to use it.
