the gist is, we only have access in Jan 2014 right? even if our payment is accepted because thats when the membership period starts?
Joining is for a period of 1 yr but after that you get the chance to continue by paying the membership
The fee is for the administration; and it’s a good way too to select the more serious fans
Too bad for us outside of Korea or Japan..we won’t get the gifts the others are getting…maybe someday..
