Mmm. looks good. If I remember the diet, it is something like this; half your plate should be fruits and vegetables. Minimal dairy, fat, oils (switch to olive oil, no butter). 1/4 plate whole grains (no white grains) 1/4 plate meat or protein (nuts, legumes). Optimally meat 2x a week, fish 2x a week but everybody cheats on that, lol. unlimited snacking on fruits and vegetables. Minimal salt, sugar sweetened drinks. Cleveland Clinic’s “heart smart” diet.
