Reading between the lines, I think he tweeted about eels’ behaviors on his friend’s Instagram. The guy shared photos taken with Suk and tagged Suk’s personal IG account on it. I don’t use Instagram. I just opened to follow his official IG account, but he closed it, then I closed my account. So I don’t know how IG works well, but I think tagging persons’ name on the photo means they can share the photos in their each IG page, I suppose. So I think it’s natural that his friend tagged Suk’s personal account (Of course, it was private, we can’t see the contents) on the photo, but maybe some eels said that he shouldn’t have done it… And now he deleted these photos at the end.
