  1. You’re right, Tenshi – I also think that it looks better in the video than in the still photos. It’s really interesting that even though the designers did a great job creating the wax figure, I feel like a still photo of the real JKS is better able to capture the animation in his face and liveliness in his eyes, and I think that that’s a good thing. His charisma has always shone through in his photographs – that’s why we love seeing his photos so much! But the doll really is a good likeness, and it’s very, very gratifying to see that his importance to the culture is being recognized in this way 🙂
